Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of The Architect or any connected Meta-facing integration.
Effective date: March 1, 2026
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to hello@thearchitect.fun with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
Include the following information so we can identify your data:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or contact with us
- Your username, if you have one
- The platform involved, such as The Architect, Facebook, or WhatsApp Business
- A brief description of the data you want deleted
What We Delete
Once we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify personal data that we control and that is reasonably tied to your request, which may include account records, connected authentication records, passkeys, stored profile details, and platform activity associated with your account.
What We May Retain
We may keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to document that a deletion request was completed.
Meta and WhatsApp Data
Deleting data from The Architect does not delete information that Meta, Facebook, or WhatsApp stores under their own systems. To remove app access from your Meta account, you can also remove the app from your Meta account settings.
Response Timeline
We aim to review and respond to verified deletion requests within 30 days.
